The children of the picture are staying beside this garbage and use this area for open toilet. Cows are moving freely there. These animals are also eating plastic waste. Children are very familiar with the pungent smell around everywhere. They are growing in this horrible environment. The stagnant water is very dirty and can spread all water-borne diseases. Everyday in winter morning they light fire to warm themselves and play football. It is their daily routine.The environment is very poor, filthy and extremely shocking. Everyday they struggle for basic amenities. When I saw the dead body of a cow was lying in the field and children were playing surrounding the body and nobody cared, I had a shock. I thought, I should document it and write an article. ‘Clean India Mission'(‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’)is going across all over India. My article and photos are significant of environmental issue as well as the Government slogan,’Keep India beautiful’. My photos are the real picture in the slums and rural parts in India.
